A good friend of mine called me last night for some advice and his question “So what do I eat?” really stuck with me. I know that trying to eat healthy can be a bit overwhelming because there is so much information out there about what to eat! I am going to make this as simple as possible.

I made this for dessert tonight. Thought I’d share. =)
Freeze chopped green onion in a water bottle so they don’t rot in the bottom of your fridge

Lunch: Sauteed cabbage
Cantaloup, honey dew melon and strawberries with honey flavored Greek yogurt! (Good for breakfast too!)
Stuffed bell pepper-
Meat: ground turkey w/ taco seasoning, yellow and red bell peppers (diced) inside a green bell pepper topped with low fat cheddar cheese.
with roasted brussel sprouts, baked with olive oal and chopped garlic.
